The rates we got for our two exchanges were AR$330 and $330 for every GBP. You do need to have your passport to collect at WU though. This was in excess slightly of what rate shown for the blue dollar on bluedollar.net (not sure how accurate that is but seen a few recommend checking there before going to exchange).

Buenos Aires is a bigger city, with a lots of cultural life and very interesting museums.
